Abstract

L'invention concerne une éolienne à axe horizontal présentant un rotor (3) et une projection frontale comprenant une tête sphérique (1) stationnaire en amont du rotor (3) multipales de l'éolienne. Ladite éolienne déplace et augmente la vitesse du vent arrivant sur 70 % de la partie frontale totale. Une série de capteurs fins (12) placés radialement et uniformément sur la tête sphérique (1) dirigent le vent vers la pales courtes (4) de l'éolienne.
