Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'implantation de matériau biocompatible pour restauration d'espaces intraosseux (64). L'invention consiste à accéder à un espace (64), placer une première aliquote (62) du matériau de restauration (46) dans cet espace (64), et, au bout d'un temps suffisant pour que cette aliquote (62) se stabilise, disposer une deuxième aliquote (71) dans ledit espace (64) en utilisant des instruments comprenant des canules (10) pour accéder à l'espace intraosseux (64), des mandrins (32) pouvant être insérés dans les canules (10), dans lesquelles ils sont mobiles, un ou plusieurs cathéters (13) et un système pour implanter les aliquotes (70,71) de composition de restauration (46) dans l'espace (64) à travers les cathéters (13).
