Abstract
L'invention concerne des pansements pour plaie, constitués de films cellulosiques autoporteurs comportant deux surfaces sensiblement parallèles et opposées, obtenus au moyen d'un procédé non microbiologique (de préférence régénérateur) avec un aplatissement humide inférieur à 35 secondes. Les épaisseurs moyennes sont, de préférence, de 2 mm environ, et les perméabilités à l'eau sont au moins de 100 g/m2.d. Ils possèdent un pouvoir de coupure de poids moléculaire tel que des micro-organismes ne peuvent sensiblement les traverser, (taille des pores de film de préférence inférieure à 1 µm environ), des valeurs de trouble d'au moins 10 % environ, et une rugosité moyenne de surface d'au moins 10 ml/min environ. Les films peuvent comprendre des particules en quantités comprises entre 0,5 % environ et 25 % environ en poids total du film, ces particules se trouvant, de préférence, sensiblement proches ou sur au moins une surface de film. La dimension moyenne des particules selon leur axe le plus grand est comprise entre 5 mµ environ et 5 mm environ. Ces particules sont, de préférence, des fibres de cellulose provenant d'une source de bois. Ces films sont utiles dans la production de pansements pour plaies.
