Abstract

La présente invention concerne des méthodes permettant d'identifier et d'isoler des molécules de signalisation, notamment les molécules de signalisation qui interagissent avec une molécule de récepteur membranaire des cellules végétales. Dans la pratique de la présente invention, on utilise l'aptitude d'un échantillon de matériel biologique à induire un changement de pH dans une culture liquide de cellules végétales comme méthode d'analyse de la présence d'une ou de plusieurs molécules de signalisation dans ledit matériel biologique.
