Abstract

A reciprocating saw is disclosed. The reciprocating saw comprises a leading housing, and a gear system disposed within the leading housing. The saw further comprises a motor housing containing a motor therein. A first switch trigger is disposed on the motor housing for activating a first switch within the motor housing. A separate handle is detachably mounted to the housing.
