Abstract

The display package for articles has an envelope (2) and a cover (3) which conforms to the article and determines the internal volume of the packaging. The cover also closes at least one end of the envelope. The packaging envelope has at least two leaves (4,5) connected along at least two edges (7,8) defining at least one entry (6).

La présente invention est relative à un emballage de présentation pour le conditionnement d'un objet de forme quelconque et plus particulièrement à un emballage de présentation et son dispositif de conformation du volume interne.
On connaît toutes sortes d'emballage de formes différentes pour le conditionnement d'objets ou de produits de volumes différents.
Gënéralement, ces emballages reproduisent les contours de l'objet à
conditionner car l'une des feuilles formant le blister est surmoulée autour de ce dernier ou sur un moule.
Ce genre d'emballage nécessite une chaîne de production importante et coûteuse pour réaliser le conditionnement des produits.
L'emballage de présentation suivant la présente invention a pour objet d'être simple d'utilisation et d'éviter la mise en place d'une structure industrielle importante.
En effet, la mise en place de l'emballage, sa conformation et sa fermeture peuvent être réalisés manuellement avec une très grande facilité du fait de la structure des différents éléments utilisés.
L'emballage de présentation suivant la présente invention comporte une enveloppe et un dispositif de conformation permettant d'une part de déterminer le volume interne de ladite enveloppe et d'autre part de fermer au moins l'une des extrémitës de l'enveloppe, ledit dispositif de conformation présentant une empreinte formant un logement pour la réception de l'objet à conditionner.
L'emballage de présentation suivant la présente invention comporte une l'enveloppe qui est formée d'au moins deux feuilles assemblées l'une à l'autre sur au moins deux bords afin de délimiter au moins une entrée.

La mise en oeuvre de l'emballage 1 est identique à celle décrite précédemment en figures 3 et 4.
On a représenté en figures 7 et 8, une troisième variante de l'emballage 1 en ce qui concerne plus particulièrement le profil et la réalisation de l'enveloppe 2 et du dispositif de conformation 3.
L'enveloppe 2 est constituée de deux feuilles 4 et 5 qui sont uniquement assemblées sur leurs bords de plus grandes longueurs 7 et 8 afin de déterminer dans la partie supérieure et inférieure une entrée 6.
Le dispositif de conformation 3 est formé d'une plaquette 27 et d'un support réalisés soit en matïère plastique, soit en carton soit dans une matière imprimable ou non, soit dans une matière translucide ou non, soit dans une matière identique à celle des feuilles 4,5 formant l'enveloppe 2.
La plaquette 27 présente un profil sensiblement rectangulaire de dimensions externes inférieures à celles de l'enveloppe 2.
La plaquette 27 présente une découpe centrale 29 de forme sensiblement rectangulaire et un évidement central 30 permettrant une visibilité de l'objet conditionné sur tout le pourtour de l'emballage 1.
La découpe 29 formant l'évidement central 30 présente sur ses bords verticaux des épaulements opposés 31 et des angles 32 à profils arrondis.
La plaquette 27 comporte dans sa partie supérieure et au-dessus de l'évidement 30 une découpe 33 de forme quelconque, permettant l'accrochage de l'emballage 1 sur un portique de présentation non représenté.
L'évidement 30 est traversé par le support 28 qui est constitué d'un fond 34 et d'un plafond 35, reliés entre eux par des bords verticaux 36.
Le support 28 présente au niveau de la jonction entre les bords verticaux 36 et le fond 34 et entre les bords verticaux 36 et le plafond 35 des dëcoupes 37 de forme complémentaire à celle des angles 32 de la découpe 29 de la plaquette 27.

The vertical edges 36 of the support 28 are respectively drilled with a hole 38 who cooperates during assembly of the shaping device with the shoulders 31 correspondents of the cutout 29 of the plate 27.

1. Presentation packaging for packaging a shaped product any, characterized in that it comprises an envelope (2) and a shaping device (3) allowing on the one hand to determine the volume internal of said envelope and on the other hand to close at least one of the ends of the casing (2), said shaping device (3) having an imprint (E) forming a housing for receiving the object to be condition.

3. Presentation packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one of the sheets (4, 5) has a double wall delimiting a space for the introduction of a printed label.

9. Presentation packaging according to claim 6, characterized in that the wafer (13) has a substantially rectangular profile of dimensions external lower than the internal ones of the envelope (2).

10. Presentation packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that that the cutout (15) has, on its vertical edges, shoulders (17) and corners (18) with rounded profiles.

11. Presentation packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that that the central tab (16) has on its face a cutout corresponding to the external profile of the product to be packaged to allow it to be wedged inside of the packaging (1).

12. Presentation packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that that the plate (13) has in its upper part a recess (19) which is laterally delimited by edges (20) respectively pierced with a hole (21) for fixing said plate inside the casing (2).

13. Presentation packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that that the support (14) has a bottom (22) from which extend vertically edges (23) with a conical profile, each free and end part of which has a notch (24).

14. Presentation packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that that the support (14) has at the junction between the vertical edges (23) and the bottom (22) of the cutouts (25) of a shape complementary to that of the corners (18) of the cutout (15) of the plate (13).

Presentation packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that that the shaping device (3) consists of a wafer (13) presenting a central cutout (15) of substantially rectangular shape delimiting a central recess (26) and a support (14) comprising a bottom (22) from from which vertically extend edges (23) with a conical profile, said profile of the wafer (13) and the support (14) making it possible to determine an imprint (E) forming a housing for receiving the object to be packaged.

Presentation packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that that the shaping device (3) consists of a plate (27) presenting a central cutout (29) of substantially rectangular shape in order to delimit a central recess (30) and a support (28) which is formed of a bottom (34) and a ceiling (35) interconnected by vertical edges (36) said profile of the wafer (27) and of the support (28) making it possible to determine a cavity (E) forming a housing for receiving the object to be packaged.

Presentation packaging according to claim 15, characterized in that that the support (28) has, at the junction between the vertical edges (36) and the bottom (34) and between the vertical edges (36) and the ceiling (35), cutouts (37) of complementary shape to that of the corners (32) of the cutout (29) of the plate (27).

20. Presentation packaging according to claim 15, characterized in that that the vertical edges (36) of the support (28) are respectively pierced with a hole (38) which cooperates, during assembly, with the corresponding shoulder (31) of the cutting (29) of the wafer (27).

21. Presentation packaging according to claim 15, characterized in that that the wafer (27) has a substantially rectangular profile of dimensions external lower than those of the envelope (2).

Presentation packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that that the shaping device (3) consists of a shell (40) comprising a flat face (41) having a substantially rectangular profile and a imprint (E) of any shape connecting to the flat face (41) in order to make a housing for receiving the object to be packaged.

23. Presentation packaging according to claim 22, characterized in that that the cavity (E) comprises a horizontal bottom (43) from which extend vertically opposed edges (44, 45) with a conical profile, and a veil vertical (46) closing the cavity.

24. Presentation packaging according to claim 22, characterized in that that the shell (40) is made of a molded plastic material.
