Abstract

L'invention concerne une selle modulaire, qui comprend un arçon de selle, des quartiers de la selle et une matelassure. La matelassure et les quartiers de la selle se fixent de manière amovible à l'arçon de selle. Les quartiers de la selle comprennent deux éléments de quartier présentant chacun un faux-quartier et un quartier de la selle. Chaque élément de quartier peut être retiré de l'arçon de la selle en une pièce. La matelassure comprend des plaques, qui étendent la surface portante de l'arçon de la selle et empêche la formation de points de pression. Dans un autre aspect de l'invention, on décrit un arçon souple en résine de polyuréthane muni d'une barre de renfort en Y en fibre de carbone, qui permet à l'arçon de fléchir latéralement mais pas longitudinalement.
