Description
Disposable Outdoor Cooking Device/BBQ
This invention relates to a recyclable, single use, disposable Bar-B'Que, for convenient instant Bar-B'Ques and outdoor cooking.
It is common when cooking outdoors to use a bar-b'que or container to safely contain combustible materials and cook food stuffs on a grill upon said bar-b'que.
It is common to acquire charcoal, ignition fuel, an ignition source, grill, and a suitable container in which to hold burning charcoal, a grill, and food stuffs for cooking.
The process of transporting a bar-b'que and the implements necessary for outdoor cooking can be tedious, as well as time consuming for those with limited time, and resources of transport, and space to cook outdoors.
I have found that these disadvantages and limitations may be over come by providing a self contained small single unit consisting of all the materials and implements needed for outdoor cooking in a packaged easy to use disposable and recyclable small container (disposable Bar-B'Que) as well as containing safe usage and disposal instructions.
It is possible to construct this invention using readily available aluminum oven roasting trays that can be purchased from manufacturers of aluminum foil products.
In the drawings, Figure 1. All parts of invention contained within the base assembled as a single package.
1. Is the bottom tray, an aluminum container in which all embodiments of invention shall be within contained as a one unit package, which contains all elements of the invention and shall be used as well to contain burning charcoal. This container shall also be able to accommodate a lid to cover food stuffs and contain heat within the unit by means of flexible roll up rim along the trays top; as well it shall also have a base support on its bottom. The bottom container will have small holes made on it.

4. Is an aluminum lid that can be placed upon the bottom container (1) so as to act as a cover to form a substantially enclosed area for cooking food stuffs, and to contain the heat of the burning charcoal to allow efficient and thorough cooking. This lid will have holes (9) and cautions as to burn hazard stamped into it.
5. Is a cardboard cover that will be used as a lid to contain the parts of the invention (2, 3, 4) within the bottom container ( 1 ). This cover may have on one side the product logo, and will on it's other side, have safe use, safe extinguishing and disposal of product instructions, as well as fire hazard warnings and fire safety advice that relate to the invention.
6. Is the flexible rim of the bottom container (1) in which the cardboard cover (5) is secured in place with and is as well used to secure the lid (4) in place.
7. Is the base support on which the unit stands as to present minimal contact with that which it is placed upon to prevent any charring or burning of any surface. This base support shall have small openings to allow heat to escape from under the unit.
8. Are the ventilation holes on the bottom container of the unit (1). These holes shall allow the proper consumption of oxygen for proper combustion of the charcoal (2).
9. Are the ventilation holes for the lid (4). These holes will allow smoke to escape from the unit as well as create convection current for thorough cooking of foods stuffs.
