Abstract
Une matière stratifiée en trois éléments à utiliser dans la fabrication d'emballages-coques et un procédé de fabrication de cette matière. La matière est constituée d'une couche centrale de matière en feuilles à base de polymère fluoré sur les faces de laquelle est collé un film polymère séparé. Ces films séparés peuvent être symétriques ou asymétriques l'un par rapport à l'autre. Dans le mode de réalisation préféré, chacun des films polymères est en polychlorure de vinyle, bien que divers films chimiquement différents puissent être utilisés. La matière décrite fournit une barrière très efficace contre l'humidité, est peu encline à l'enroulement, présente une structure interlaminaire stable ainsi que des surfaces extérieures qui se prêtent facilement au collage à d'autres matières ainsi qu'à l'impression et au revêtement.
