Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de transmission sur courant porteur (PLC : Power Line Communication). Ce système comprend un transformateur de distribution qui possède un câble d'alimentation électrique permettant de fournir de l'énergie électrique. Ce câble d'alimentation électrique comprend au moins un noeud de distribution qui assure le raccordement d'une pluralité de clients avec le câble d'alimentation. Une tête de ligne grande vitesse est installée par raccordement électrique dans le noeud de distribution aux clients, et le câble d'alimentation passe à travers un filtre d'isolement dans le noeud de distribution aux clients, ce filtre permettant d'éliminer tout signal haute fréquence modulé, et de produire une sortie de câble d'alimentation électrique isolé. Un modem PLC de tête de ligne grande vitesse injecte des signaux de transmission grande vitesse dans le câble d'alimentation isolé. Ce modem PLC reçoit des signaux grande vitesse en provenance d'un réseau de transmission d'amenée, et du câble d'alimentation assurant le raccordement avec chaque site client. Un modem PLC grande vitesse situé au site client assure l'extraction des signaux grande vitesse. Le filtre d'isolement isole électriquement tout signal grande vitesse modulé afin d'empêcher son retour du côté transformateur.
