Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs d'anastomose distaux et des procédés correspondants. Elle se rapporte également à un connecteur et à des composants de connecteur ainsi qu'à des instruments associés. De préférence, ces connecteurs sont conçus de manière à réaliser une anastomose termino-latérale au niveau d'une jonction d'une artère greffée/coronaire. Un raccord indépendant ou un raccord combiné à une bague peut être utilisé en tant que connecteur. Le fait de déplacer le raccord permet de le déployer afin de laisser un espace libre à un segment arrière qui pivote autour d'une section charnière adjacente de manière à introduire le connecteur dans une ouverture formée dans un récipient hôte. Une fois que le raccord retrouve une position sensiblement flexible, le segment arrière fixe le raccord en place. Le raccord distal peut également comprendre des caractéristiques latérales supplémentaires afin de servir d'interface avec le récipient hôte/artère coronaire. La bague peut aussi inclure des caractéristiques qui complètent celles d'un raccord et des propriétés qui réduisent la tension et fixent le récipient hôte.
