Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions orales et des procédés permettant d'inhiber la résorption d'un os chez un mammifère, tout en neutralisant l'apparition d'effets gastro-intestinaux potentiellement contraires. Les compositions utiles sont constituées par la combinaison d'une quantité pharmaceutiquement efficace d'un biphosphonate contenant de l'azote ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci et d'une quantité pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'un inhibiteur de captase.
