Abstract

La présente invention concerne la modulation et/ou la régulation de l'activité de protéasomes. L'invention concerne des méthodes diagnostiques d'identification de composés inhibant une réplication virale et une pathogenèse, une méthode d'identification d'inhibiteurs de la fonction inhibitrice de nucléase de la protéine TAT du virus de l'immunodéficience humaine, des méthodes d'identification d'inhibiteurs de la fonction inhibitrice de protéase de la protéine TAT du virus de l'immunodéficience humaine, des méthodes d'identification de composés qui modifient les concentrations de protéines régulatrices en modulant la vitesse de destruction de protéasomes d'ARN messagers spécifiques, et des méthodes de génération d'une résistance aux lésions dues à une infection bactérienne ou virale. L'invention concerne des méthodes diagnostiques, des trousses d'application de ces méthodes diagnostiques, des composés identifiés par ces méthodes diagnostiques, ainsi que des séquences d'acides aminés codant ces composés et des compositions médicamenteuses dérivées de ces composés. Lorsque la loi le permet, l'invention concerne également des méthodes de traitement sur la base de la modulation/régulation de l'activité de protéasomes.
