Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de chauffage par micro-ondes et un système de chauffage par micro-ondes comprenant une pluralité de tels appareils dans une configuration en quinconce. Chaque appareil comprend un applicateur guide d'onde à micro-ondes à extrémité ouverte dimensionné et alimenté de façon à tolérer un mode résonnant quart d'onde pour une charge de faible permittivité relative efficace.
