Abstract

L'invention porte sur un acide nucléique qui peut être utilisé pour exprimer un mutant d'IL-16 (Interleukine-16) dans une cellule hôte procaryotique ou eucaryotique. Cet acide nucléique code pour un polypeptide avec une séquence d'acides aminés commençant par les acides aminés 1 à 5 et se terminant par les acides aminés 93 à 107 du NO ID SEQ: 2, et est approprié pour produire des mutants d'IL-16 à activité améliorée.
