Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de visualisation et d'hydratation chirurgical (10) permettant de visualiser et d'hydrater plus efficacement un site chirurgical, par exemple une anastomose. Le dispositif (10) de la présente invention comprend une pluralité de petits canaux flexibles (56), qui traversent un orifice (44) pour écoulement gazeux jusqu'à un emplacement situé de manière distale par rapport à cet orifice, ce qui permet de mélanger et d'hydrater efficacement l'écoulement gazeux (60) à l'aide d'une solution saline. Chacun de ces petits canaux flexibles (56), qui forment de préférence un ruban (50), est légèrement séparé des autres au niveau de l'embout distal (0), de sorte que les vibrations provoquées par ledit écoulement gazeux (60) peuvent s'évacuer au-delà de chaque canal salin (56). Cet espacement entre les canaux favorise par ailleurs une hydratation uniforme de l'écoulement gazeux (60). Les extrémités distales des canaux salins (56) dépassent l'embout (40) du dispositif (10), de sorte que la pression de l'écoulement gazeux (60) se rapproche de la pression atmosphérique, ce qui empêche cet écoulement gazeux (60) d'être refoulé vers une poche saline et ne nécessite plus une quelconque application d'un brassard compressif sur cette poche saline. Enfin, la présente invention limite toute fuite pouvant survenir au niveau de l'embout distal (40), ce qui permet au chirurgien de mieux visualiser un site d'anastomose.
