Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil pouvant réaliser un procédé microfluidique. L'appareil comprend une première et une deuxième plaques intégrées (100, 110). La première plaque (100) comprend un réseau de récepteurs d'échantillons (102) pour recevoir une pluralité d'échantillons d'une série de contenants d'échantillons et distribuer les échantillons. La deuxième (110) comprend une série planaire de réseaux microfluidiques de structures à cavités et canaux pour réaliser un procédé microfluidique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une série d'échantillons. Au moins une partie de chaque échantillon d'un réseau de cupules d'échantillons est simultanément transférée vers une série correspondante de réseaux microfluidiques de moyens de structures à cavités et canaux d'une série correspondante de récepteurs d'échantillons communiquant solidairement avec la série de réseaux microfluidiques. Les échantillons sont ensuite traités. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif servant à réaliser un procédé microfluidique, qui comprend un substrat planaire muni d'une série de réseaux microfluidiques de structures et canaux de cavité servant à réaliser un procédé microfluidique. Une pluralité de tels dispositifs peut être présente sur une feuille continue. L'invention concerne enfin des trousses comportant un appareil tel que décrit ci-dessus et servant à réaliser des procédés microfluidiques.
