Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de réglage de jeu de soupape automatique, comprenant un logement femelle fileté (1) et une vis mâle filetée (3) s'étendant dans le logement. Le filetage (4) de la vis (3) est complémentaire au filetage interne (2) du logement et s'ajuste à l'intérieur du logement avec un jeu axial prédéterminé. Le filetage possède une forme trapézoïdale, symétrique en section transversale axiale et présentant une résistance de frottement de même force contre le mouvement dans les deux directions axiales. Les angles de pression, l'angle d'hélice et le nombre d'entrées de filet sont sélectionnés de manière à assurer que la vis puisse tourner et sortir axialement du logement sous l'effet unique d'une force axiale appliquée sur son extrémité, dans le logement. L'extrémité émergente (7) de la vis est conçue pour coopérer avec un élément adjacent exerçant une force de résistance de frottement de sens opposé à la force de rotation de la vis.
