Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés destinés à la mesure non invasive d'au moins un paramètre d'un échantillon, tel que la présence d'un état pathologique, la progression d'un état pathologique, la présence d'un analyte, ou la concentration d'un analyte, dans un échantillon biologique, tel que, par exemple, une partie du corps. Ces dispositifs et ces procédés permettent de réguler et de faire varier la température entre des limites établies. Ils permettent également de mesurer la quantité de lumière réfléchie, diffusée, absorbée, ou émise par l'échantillon depuis une profondeur moyenne d'échantillon, d¿av?, située dans une zone de l'échantillon dont la température est régulée. Selon le procédé de cette invention, on peut modifier la profondeur de l'échantillon d¿av? du tissu humain en changeant la température du tissu.
