Abstract

La présente invention concerne une prothèse de la hanche bilatérale anti-dislocation (1) comprenant une tige (2) destinée à être introduite dans un orifice vertical correspondant ménagé dans le fémur. Cette prothèse comporte également une tête fémorale (4), conçue pour être insérée dans un orifice correspondant formé sur le collum femoris et pour être couplée à ladite tige (2). Cette tête fémorale (4) présente une extrémité sphérique de raccordement, un cotyle prothétique (7) implanté dans le bassin, et enfin un cotyle anti-frottement (8), prévu entre le cotyle prothétique (7) et l'extrémité sphérique de ladite tête fémorale (4).
