Abstract

La présente invention concerne les nouveaux amino-indanes à activité thérapeutique de la formule (I). L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé permettant de préparer des composés de la formule (I) et à des compositions pharmaceutiques renfermant ces composés. Les nouveaux composés de l'invention agissent comme modulateurs des récepteurs métabotropiques du glutamate et, en tant que tels, ils sont utilisés pour traiter les maladies du système nerveux central liées au système des récepteurs métabotropiques du glutamate.
