Abstract
Cette invention concerne un appareil de nécrose cellulaire constitué par un élément allongé avec axe longitudinal. Cet élément est conçu de manière à pouvoir être positionné et manipulé dans une cavité buccale. Un premier et un second dispositifs d'apport d'énergie sont implantés dans la partie distale de l'élément allongé. Chacun des premier et second dispositifs d'apport d'énergie est déporté latéralement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, l'appareil comprend un gabarit avec un dispositif conçu pour pénétrer dans les tissus et une lumière. Le dispositif d'apport d'énergie est conçu pour avancer de la première lumière dans un stroma lymphoïde sus-amygdalien de l'amygdale.
