Abstract
L'invention concerne un régulateur de gaz (14) destiné à la régulation de la pression d'un gaz s'écoulant, à partir d'une source (12) de gaz sous pression, vers un dispositif utilisateur de ce gaz (24). Le régulateur (14) comprend un boîtier (26) et un détendeur (36) monté dans ce boîtier, destiné à régler le débit du gaz s'écoulant d'une entrée (28) sous pression vers une sortie (32) sous une pression déterminée. Le détendeur est réglé par un élément sensible à la pression (40, 44) qui est déplacé par des vannes opérationnelles d'alimentation et de décharge (50) accouplées à une chambre de réglage (46) dudit élément sensible à la pression. Les vannes d'alimentation et de décharge sont mises en action par une commande rapide à électro-aimant (68). La vanne de décharge est mise à l'air libre par la sortie du boîtier à partir de la chambre de réglage qui est maintenue sous une pression élevée. La commande rapide à électro-aimant (68) est actionnée par une unité de commande (18) en vue de modifier, comme on le désire, de manière réglable, la pression de sortie.
