Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de séparation de composants liquides au moins partiellement immiscibles d'un mélange. Ce dispositif comprend un bac de séparation fermé ; une entrée permettant l'introduction du mélange sous pression dans le bac ; un organe de séparation comprenant un déflecteur définissant un chemin d'écoulement permettant une séparation au moins partielle du mélange dans le bac afin de générer des première et seconde phases ; un espace de collecte de la première phase dont la première extrémité verticale est définie par une extrémité verticale interne du bac ; une pluralité de sorties comprenant une sortie pour la première phase de l'espace de collecte et une sortie pour la seconde phase ; une soupape de sortie permettant de réguler la décharge de la première phase de la sortie ; des moyens de détection d'interface permettant de déceler la présence d'une interface de la première phase avec le reste du contenu du bac et placés à niveau dans le bac qui est espacé de la première extrémité verticale et adapté pour réguler la soupape de sorte que, lorsque le volume de cette première phase dans l'espace de collecte assure une interface, la soupape est actionnée au niveau de l'organe de détection d'interface pour décharger du bac au moins une partie du volume de la première phase.
