Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés au traitement thermophile aérobie autothermique de déchets haute résistance et haute température. Des déchets sont injectés dans un récipient réacteur (12) contenant des micro-organismes thermophiles afin de former un volume de liquide en vrac dans le récipient réacteur (12). Un gaz contenant de l'oxygène est également injecté dans le récipient réacteur (12) pour le traitement aérobie des déchets. Le potentiel et la température d'oxydoréduction du liquide en vrac dans le réacteur sont contrôlés et au moins un taux d'injection sélectionné de gaz contenant de l'oxygène, l'efficacité du transfert d'oxygène du gaz contenant de l'oxygène, et le volume de liquide en vrac dans le réacteur (12) sont réglés en réponse au potentiel et à la température d'oxydoréduction du liquide en vrac dans le réacteur, afin de maintenir la température du liquide en vrac dans le réacteur à l'intérieur d'une gamme prédéterminée.
