Abstract
L'invention concerne la ZAP-70 de l'homme et, en particulier, la région de ZAP-70 contenant les domaines tandem d'homologie-2 de Src ("SH2"), ses formes cristallines, à ligand ou sans ligand, qui sont particulièrement utiles pour déterminer la structure tridimensionnelle de la protéine.
