Abstract
Procédé de récupération de produits chimiques et d'énergie à partir de liqueur épuisée obtenue lorsque l'on produit de la pâte à papier par délignification chimique de matières premières fibreuses. Ladite liqueur épuisée est gazéifiée dans au moins deux réacteurs, un premier et un second flux de matériau solide et/ou fondu et de matériau gazeux combustible étant formés. Le matériau formé est ensuite traité dans un ou plusieurs dispositifs (5, 6, 7, 8), une première (9) et une seconde liqueur (27) étant alors formées. La pression et/ou la température dans le premier réacteur est/sont différente(s) de la pression et/ou de la température dans le second réacteur. De plus, un ou plusieurs produits chimiques de traitement sont récupérés sélectivement de la liqueur et/ou du gaz formés et sont ensuite renvoyés intégralement ou en partie à un ou plusieurs desdits réacteurs (1, 2) et/ou à un ou plusieurs desdits dispositifs (5, 6, 7, 8) en vue du traitement du matériau formé.
