Abstract
L'invention a pour but de fournir un procédé perfectionné d'identification et/ou de dosage de polynucléotides PN présents dans un milieu liquide conducteur. Ce procédé consiste à faire intervenir un capteur d'affinité comprenant une structure multicouches semi-conducteur/isolant/sondes = polynucléotides PNc complémentaires aux PN du milieu. Selon ce procédé, on sélectionne des sondes PNc non marquées, on polarise le semi-conducteur, on l'éclaire périodiquement, on mesure les variations du potentiel de bande plate induites par un phénomène d'effet de charge directement et essentiellement lié aux appariements spécifiques entre PN et PNc, et enfin on interprète les signaux recueillis en terme d'identification et/ou de dosage des PN. L'invention concerne également le dispositif et le capteur utile pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Application: analyse en biologie moléculaire, e.g. diagnostic de maladies virales ou génétiques.
