Abstract

L'invention porte sur un article comprenant une âme ou couche de matériau expansé et au moins une couche d'une résine de polyester insaturé. La couche de polyester est obtenue à partir d'une composition de résine de polyester comprenant un polyester insaturé et un solvant monomère réagissant au polyester. Ce solvant monomère comprend un styrène et un acrylate ou méthacrylate hydroxyalkyle, alkyle possédant C¿1?-C¿4?, et les quantités de styrène, de (méth)acrylate hydroxyalkyle et de polyester insaturé de cette composition étant conformes à l'équation (I) en partie en poids: styrène (parties en poids)/polyester (parties en poids) + (méth)acrylate hydroxyalkyle (parties en poids) = 0,12 à 0,18. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication de cet article.
