Abstract

L'invention a trait à un dispositif d'attache pour papiers permettant de retenir une pile de feuilles superposées et ce, sans formation de plis ni déformation desdites feuilles. Ce dispositif consiste en un corps souple comprenant deux éléments, plats d'ordinaire, réunis par des articulations souples, ce qui permet d'insérer entre eux des piles de feuilles d'épaisseur variable. Un élément de préhension, qui fait partie intégrante du corps, est à même d'effectuer un mouvement pivotant de façon à comprimer le corps contre la pile de feuilles et à les maintenir en place du fait de l'action d'un ressort. Dans un mode de réalisation, on plie ce dispositif, fabriqué dans une feuille de matière plastique souple, pour lui donner une forme fonctionnelle. Dans cette version de l'invention, c'est une pince classique en acier placée dans l'élément de préhension qui crée l'effet ressort. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'ensemble du dispositif est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique que l'on moule pour obtenir un article fonctionnellement achevé. Ce dispositif d'attache, qui existe sous plusieurs formes, vient se positionner sur l'angle ou, dans une variante, sur une arête latérale de la pile de feuilles.
