Abstract
L'invention porte sur une enceinte (2) de répartition d'échantillons subatmosphérique, à pression variable, utilisable en tant que dispositif d'ionisation par électro-pulvérisation pour l'introduction d'un échantillon dans un spectromètre de masse ou en tant que dispositif de répartition d'échantillons à des pressions subatmosphériques. L'enceinte (2) de répartition d'échantillons est configurée de manière à maintenir une pression de fonctionnement entre 1 et 750 torrs, de préférence entre 50 et 700 torrs. Cette enceinte comporte un orifice d'admission (4) destiné à l'introduction d'un gaz et un orifice de sortie (6), susceptible de couplage à un orifice d'échantillonnage (8) pour un dispositif d'analyse, en règle générale, un spectromètre de masse (9) ou, directement, à une pompe d'évacuation du gaz. L'extrémité d'admission du dispositif de répartition d'échantillon (22) est en mesure de recevoir un échantillon et son extrémité de sortie (6) est alignée avec l'orifice de sortie de l'enceinte, si l'échantillon doit être acheminé jusqu'à un dispositif d'analyse extérieur, ou alignée avec le dispositif de collecte aux fins d'une collecte directe de l'échantillon.
