Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés d'identification d'une séquence d'acides aminés d'une protéine et de caractérisation des événements post-traduction survenant sur la protéine au cours du classement d'épitopes suivant une cartographie des sites de restriction. L'invention concerne également des anticorps modifiés contenant des sites d'enzymes de restriction, et qui sont capables de reconnaître des acides aminés et de se lier à eux en tant qu'épitope ou en tant qu'épitopes modifiés après traduction.
