Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer une protéine repliée correctement, biologiquement active, en présence d'un agent dénaturant tel que l'urée ou l'hydrochlorure de guanidine, et de séparer la protéine correctement repliée directement de celui-ci. Ce procédé peut être mis en oeuvre, par exemple, lors de la renaturation de protéines de recombinaison telles que l'hirudine ou le facteur de croissance épidermique.
