Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic d'infection à VIH-1 chez un sujet, consistant à identifier la présence d'anticorps anti-VIH-1 dans le sérum de ce dernier, lesquels réagissent avec un auto-antigen tel que 70k. L'invention concerne également un procédé de stimulation d'une réponse immune contre le VIH-1 chez un sujet consistant à immuniser ce dernier à l'aide d'une séquence d'acides aminés d'un auto-antigen tel que 70K, laquelle a une réaction croisée avec des épitopes neutralisants présent sur le VIH-1. En outre, l'invention présente un test cutané utile pour diagnostiquer une infection à VIH-1 chez un patient.
