Abstract

Un sac souple se maintenant debout sans support, façonné dans une matière plastique, est doté d'une extrémité ouverte entourée par un bourrelet rigide, d'une paroi latérale tubulaire ou tronconique partant du bourrelet pour former une partie généralement tubulaire, ainsi que d'une base jointe à la paroi latérale par une partie arrondie, la paroi latérale étant pourvue d'une pluralité de nervures de renforcement s'étendant longitudinalement sur toute la hauteur de la partie tubulaire et de la partie arrondie. L'épaisseur des nervures augmente progressivement de l'ouverture du récipient jusqu'à la base de la partie arrondie, à la hauteur de laquelle ces nervures forment des coudes servant à renforcer la jonction de la paroi latérale et de la base, permettant ainsi au récipient de se tenir debout sur sa base.
