Abstract
In this invention manually operated Letter Sheet Folder provides custom folding of paper sheets to the size of regular mail envelope (like for envelope 4.25" x 9.25" or any other dimension), and at the same time it provides function of sheet pocket and/or file folder which is easy to use in offices and homes. This Letter Sheet Folder is made from cardboard\paper\plastic or any combination of those materials.
In a technology of folding of letter sheets it is known to provide automatic folding of paper sheets in order to fold relatively small amount of regular size envelopes by the use of automated equipment like it was claimed in the patent USA No.5,090,672.
Manual folding by hand is still a time consuming and effort demanded process. The most uncomfortable operation is to fold letter- sheets into a "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" letter fold without the use of a special device.
In a technology of folding of letter sheets it is known to provide automatic folding of paper sheets in order to fold relatively small amount of regular size envelopes by the use of automated equipment like it was claimed in the patent USA No.5,090,672.

Description
Speci~lcation 1. This ~nvention relates to a manually operated tool for custom folding of letter sheets into a "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" letter fold.

2. It is cornmon to fold letter sheets by hand in order to fold relatively smallamount of letters that fit into regular size envelopes when the quantity is relati-vely small. For industrial folding of letters it is common to use specialelecto-mechanical e.quipment when the quantity of.letters economically justifies the use of such equipment. Simple sheet folder device was claimed ~ in. USA patent No. 5,352,177 but it requires at least two folding operations to provide "C" or "Z" letter fold. There is a void in simple technology-device that allows to improve quality and accelerate the process of folding without the use of a machine within one folding operation.
3. The hand operated Letter Sheet Folder provides the function of custom folding by having a pocket for letter sheets ànd by having at least t~o perforated or like lines on the front and back surfaces of said pocket that foldsheets into the shape of regular size envelope. Such folding directions permit easy way for "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" folding of paper sheets. And the device itself has an additional use as a letter sheet pocket and a file folder. Letter Sheet Folder may.have one or .two or three sides open to allow insertion of letter sheets.
4. In order to.provide "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" folding of paper sheets by using Letter .Sheet Folder following sequence of operations shouId be done:

Claims
CLAIM
Letter Sheet Folder accumulates sheets into a stack and folds the stack with at least two folds into a "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" letter fold, said device comprising:
a) a flat sheet of cardboard material or like, forming a front panel and a back panel having at least one common age with said front panel b) at least two perforated or like folding lines extending through said front panel and said bottom panel forming edges for letter fold, when Letter Sheet Folder with sheet stack manually folds into "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W"
letter fold.
Letter Sheet Folder accumulates sheets into a stack and folds the stack with at least two folds into a "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W" letter fold, said device comprising:
a) a flat sheet of cardboard material or like, forming a front panel and a back panel having at least one common age with said front panel b) at least two perforated or like folding lines extending through said front panel and said bottom panel forming edges for letter fold, when Letter Sheet Folder with sheet stack manually folds into "C"\"Z"\"G"\"W"
