Abstract

Ensacheuse par le bas à vis sans fin verticale (10) comprenant une cuve conique de vis sans fin (88) dépendant d'une trémie cylindrique (76), la cuve (88) étant raccordée à la trémie (76) et à un tube de remplissage (92) au moyen de joints flexibles (100). Un arbre de vis sans fin verticale (104) se prolonge dans la trémie (76), dans la cuve (88) et dans le tube (92), un transporteur à bande (114) étant disposé dans la cuve et dans le tube pour comprimer, désaérer et distribuer le produit. Un agitateur (220) monté sur la partie inférieure d'un arbre d'agitateur (222), qui entoure l'arbre de la vis sans fin (104) et tourne indépendamment de ce dernier, et comprend des palettes (244) qui poussent et compriment le produit vers le bas, dans la cuve (88). Un cône de ventilation inversé (206), disposé à l'intérieur de la cuve (88), comporte un tube de mise à l'air libre (212) se prolongeant vers le haut et se terminant approximativement au sommet de la trémie (76). Le cône (206) et le tube d'évent (212) sont raccordés à la cuve (88) et vibrent avec cette dernière, le tube (212) entourant l'arbre (104) mais non solidaire de ce dernier et de l'arbre d'entraînement de l'agitateur (212). Le tube de remplissage (92) comprend une section supérieure large (96) qui permet à la cuve (88) de vibrer même si le transporteur à bande (114) et la section inférieure (98) du tube (92) sont ajustés serrés.
