Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de réduire le degré de substitution d'esters de cellulose, en utilisant des acides carboxyliques comme promoteurs de la solvolyse. Comme exemples d'esters de cellulose, on peut citer l'acétocellulose, le propionate de cellulose, le butyrate de cellulose, l'acétopropionate de cellulose et l'acétobutyrate de cellulose.
