Abstract
Procédé de production de carbure fritté ou d'alliage de cermet consistant à mélanger et à malaxer la poudre de carbure fritté ou la poudre d'alliage de cermet avec un liant organique, à mouler la poudre mélangée en une forme déterminée par moulage à injection, à éliminer le liant organique du moule résultant et à fritter le moule pour obtenir un alliage compact. L'élimination du liant organique s'effectue pendant une première étape d'extraction dans une atmosphère de gaz inerte et successivement pendant une deuxième étape d'extraction sous vide inférieur ou égal à 1 Torr. Pendant la première étape d'extraction, la pression de l'atmosphère est maintenue à une valeur égale ou supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, afin d'empêcher la formation de défauts dans le moule. Après que de fins pores continus se soient formés à l'intérieur du moule, on maintient la pression de l'atmosphère à une valeur proche du vide, afin de provoquer l'évaporation du gaz de la surface et la libération du gaz produit à l'intérieur du moule.
