Abstract

Formule 24 (art. 21.31.34 et 142) PRÉCIS PANNEAU DE DÉTRESSE S.O S. En matière de sécurité routière, un panneau de détresse pour l'automobile a pour but de signaler une panne mécanique. La présente invention viendra annoncer de façon descriptive, le type de personne qui s'y trouvera à l'intérieur du véhicule qui est immobilisé à cause d'un problème mécanique ou autre. Donc, il est important de noter que le panneau de détresse S.O.S., signalera clairement qu'une personne identifié a besoin d'une aide immédiate étant donné que le symbole du fauteuil roulant pour handicapé y apparait. Les lettres S.O.S. signifie une détresse et celui du fauteuil roulant annoncera que le conducteur ne peut aller chercher de l'aide par lui-même, ou que le conducteur a comme passager une personne ayant une incapacité physique. Le panneau sera conçu en matière plastique pour qu'il puisse être utilisé lors d'intempéries. Deux tiges de métal iront se glissées par le côté et transperceront la largeur du panneau. Au bout de ces deux tiges, il y a un crochet afin qu'il puisse s'installer à la vitre d'une portière de véhicule. Les tiges seront distancées de près de un quart de pouce, ceci empêchera le panneau de tourner sur lui-même. Sur ce panneau, il y aura un triangle imprimé et il sera fluorescent afin qu'il puisse être efficace la nuit. A l'intérieur de ce triangle, il y aura les lettres S.O.S. dans la partie inférieure ( partie la plus large) et dans la pointe du triangle, le symbole du fauteuil y apparait. Le panneau sera imprimé recto-verso pour qu'il soit lisible par les usagers venant des deux sens de la circulation. Il est à noter qu'il peut être imprimé dans toutes les figures géométriques et dans toutes les couleurs fluorescentes disponibles. Le panneau sera à l'intérieur du véhicule en tout temps parce qu'il sera inséré dans une pochette d'où celle-ci sera fixé à l'arrière du siège côté passager. La présente invention se rapporte à un panneau de détresse pour l'automobile. Aux normes de sécurité routière, en panneau signalisateur s'accrochan-t à
un véhicule a pour but d'avertir les usagers de la route, d'une immobilisation d'un véhicule de quelques manières que ce soient. La présente invention annoncera de facon descriptive, le type de personne s'y trouvant à
l'intérieur. Ce panneau n'indiquera pas une panne mécanique mais plutot, signalera qu'une personne ayant une incapacité physique ou intellectuelle et qui a besoin d'être transporté en lieux sur ou que la personne lui portant l'aide afin de lui trouver le dépannage nécessaire pour le trouble mécanique.
Le panneau sera concu en coroplast "matière plastique" dans toutes ses couleurs dont un triangle est apposé recto-verso sur ce panneau. Le triangle ou tout autre pectogramme possible dans toutes ses couleurs également mais réfléchissantes, est autocollant. Une tige de mé-tal est glissé dans la partie supérieure et dont un crochet est fixé en permanence au bout à l'extreme droite et à l'autre bout un morceau de caoutchouc pour empecher que le panneau puisse glisser lors de la manoeuvre de celui-ci. L'utilisateur qui aura à le fixer sur la vitre soit celui du conducteur ou du passager parce qu'il sera lisible recto-verso. Il n'aura qu'à installer le crochet sur la vitre et remonter celle-ci pour que le panneau soit installé solidement. L'information transmise est un fauteuil roulant pour handicapé et les lettres S.O.S.
La présente invention se rapporte à un panneau signalisateur lisible recto-verso pour signaler aux usagers de la route venant des deux sens de la circulation qu'une personne dont l'incapacité physique ou intellectuelle ne lui permettant pas d'aller chercher de l'aide ou encore un conducteur ayant ccmme passager un handicapé de toutes catégories. Il sera utile à l'ensemble de la population.
Le panneau indiquera le problème interne en premier lieu et ne représentera pas de difficultés ou d'inconvénients à l'usage parce qu'il apporte une sécurité naximale étant donné que le conducteur ou le passager qui aura à l'utiliser n'aura qu'à le prendre à l'intérieur de son véhicule et à
l'accrocher sur la vitre et fermer celle-ci. Don~, ce panneau devra etre à
l'intérieur du véhicule à la portée de la main.

Les revendications de l'invention au sujet desquelles un droit exclusif de propriété ou de privilège est revendiqué, sont définis comme suit:
- Un panneau signalisateur s'accrochant à un véhicule automobile devra sensibiliser tous les usagers de la route venant des deux sens à porter une attention spéciale aux véhicules immobilisés de quelques manières que ce soient. Le panneau signalera clairement le type de personne se trouvant à
l'intérieur et dorénavant les usagers de la route seront informés d'un problème identifié.
- Un panneau, tel qu'il est défini dans les revendications, ci-haut mentionné et dont la texture est en coroplast et muni d'une tige de métal qui sera glisser dans la partie supérieure et dont un crochet est fixé en permanence au bout de la tige et à l'autre bout un norceau de caoutchouc pour empêcher que le panneau puisse glisser librement lors de la manoeuvre. Le panneau pourra se fixer soit à la vitre de la portière du conducteur ou du passger étant lisible recto-verso.
- Etant donné qu'il servira lors d'intemperies (pluie, neige etc.) l'usager n'aura qu'à prendre un linge humide pour le nettoyer.

SOS DISABLED SIGN

The claims of the invention over which an exclusive right of ownership or lien is claimed, are defined as follows:

Claims

Form 24 (art. 21.31.34 and 142) The claims of the invention about which a right exclusive property or lien is claimed are defined as following:
First, this panel will aim to signal to users from the road coming from both directions of traffic that a driver having a physical disability is in trouble and that he needs immediate physical help. The same goes for a driver who has a disabled person as a passenger. This panel will report an SOS, not for a mechanical problem, but having the wheelchair symbol for the disabled, it will announce to road users a specific problem. At the sight of this panel, and including the letters SOS and the chair symbols appearing in a fluorescent triangle, the road user who will cross the distress signal will deduce that the driver is unable to travel to get help.
A panel as defined in the claims above mentioned and whose texture is made of plastic. he will be provided with two metal rods which will pierce the panel by the side, since it is made in the form of a cadrier by the sides making the width.
