The design is the features of shape, ornamentation, pattern and configuration of a cellular phone as shown in the drawings.Drawings of the design are included wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cellular phone showing our new design;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left-side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; andFig. 8 is a front elevation view showing the cellular phone in an open position.
