Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DESAGREGADOR DE FIBRAS CELULàSICAS PROVENIENTE DE REFUGO DE PAPEL POR ABRASçO COM EXTRAÇçO DE CONTAMINANTES SOLéVEIS DURANTE PROCESSO. Trata de um prático e inovador equipamento para utilização em indústrias químicas de recuperação de fibras celulósicas, proporcionando vantagens como a eliminação do uso de produtos químicos pesados para clareamento de massa celulósica e baixo consumo energético e fornecimento de fibras celulósicas integras, características de alto valor ambiental Para tanto utilizando um conjunto de pás de raspagem agregadas a um eixo rotor, exercendo movimentação fina em massa de refugos celulósicos e progressiva descamação de seus componentes com uma placa perfurada abrasiva, adequados interiormente no dispositivo desagregador de fibras Podendo ainda a tecnologia ser aplicável a diferentes volumes de massa de refugos celulósicos a ser recuperada.CELLULAR FIBER DEGREASER DEVICE FROM ABRASION PAPER DISPOSAL WITH EXTRACTION OF SOLUBLE CONTAMINANTS DURING THE PROCESS. It is a practical and innovative equipment for use in the cellulosic fiber recovery chemical industries, providing advantages such as the elimination of the use of heavy cellulosic mass whitening chemicals and low energy consumption and supply of integral cellulosic fibers, features of high environmental value. For this purpose using a set of scraper blades attached to a rotor shaft, exerting fine mass movement of cellulosic scrap and progressive peeling of its components with an abrasive perforated plate, suitable internally in the fiber breaker. The technology may also be applicable to different mass volumes of cellulosic waste to be recovered.
