PROCESSO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UM TANQUE DE COMBUSTÍVEL DE PLÁSTICO. São descritos um processo e dispositivo para fabricar um tanque de combustível de plástico (10) equipado com pelo menos um componente de comunicação por moldagem de uma pré-forma usando um molde compreendendo duas impressões e um núcleo, o dito processo compreendendo a prensagem da pré-forma, o componente de comunicação sendo preso nesta cavidade (30) por soldagem de pelo menos uma porção de sua parede lateral em pelo menos uma porção da parede lateral da cavidade (30).
