Abstract
processo e dispositivo para separação de gases estranhos de um gás útil redutor por adsorção alternada de pressão operada com vapor. a invenção refere-se a um processo para purificação de gás de síntese por uma instalação de adsorção alternada de pressão (9), que é dessorvido com um vácuo, que é gerado através de um chamado ejetor (12), que é operado com vapor, que é gerado por um trocador de calor (6, 7), que utiliza o calor no canal de gás de combustão ou no canal de gás útil para geração de vapor, sendo que a instalação de mudança de pressão é operada vantajosamente, alternando entre adsorção à superpressão, dessorção de redução de pressão e dessorção de vácuo e o gás dessorvido pelo ejetor é esfriado em um refrigerador (13), de modo que o vapor contido no mesmo " pode ser condensado e removido ou é vantajosamente reconduzido ao gás inicial para geração de gás de síntese e o gás estranho (9b) dessorvido da instalação alternada de pressão, que contém pelo menos uma parte de gás de aquecimento não consumido, é reconduzido ao gás de aquecimento. em uma modalidade vantajosa, o vácuo do ejetor é armazenado em um recipiente intermediário (11) e é aplicado à adsorção alternada de pressão, no 20 ciclo da dessorção de vácuo. a invenção também se refere a um dispositivo para execução desse processo.
