Abstract
tablete de concentrado de carne e/ou condimentos, que contém fibras de cereais, vegetais e/ou frutas. a presente invenção refere-se a um tablete e/ou cubo de concentrado de carne e/ou condimentos, que compreende, em total de % em peso, 0,5-10% de óleo e/ou 0,5% de gordura, sal, entre 2 e 3% de água total, e entre 0,5 a 8% de fibras de cereais, vegetais ou frutas, bem como, opcionalmente, açúcar, condimentos, flavorizantes, intensificadores de sabor, vegetais desidratados, folhas de ervas e/ou extratos de plantas.
