Abstract
PROCESSO APERFEIçOADO DE LAMINAçãO CONTINUA DE MATERIAL COMPOSITO E PAINEL OBTIDO. Utilizado principalmente em paredes internas e externas, pisos, forros e outras aplicações no campo da indústria de construção civil e arquitetura, na indústria moveleira, veículos de transporte, náutica, alguns tipos de comunicação visual, entre outras, explorando a versatilidade das resinas termofixas reforçadas com fibra (FRP), no qual as bordas longitudinais do painel são moldadas retas e acabadas de modo a permitir a instalação dos painéis um ao lado do com juntas niveladas e uniformes, resistentes a impactos que poderiam lascá-las ou delaminá-las, com alta resistência à abrasão e evitando a necessidade de utilizar perfis plásticos ou metálicos para esconder ou cobrir as juntas dos painéis formando superfícies praticamente continuas.IMPROVED LAMINATION PROCEDURE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND OBTAINED PANEL. Mainly used in internal and external walls, floors, ceilings and other applications in the field of construction and architecture industry, furniture industry, transport vehicles, boating, some types of visual communication, among others, exploring the versatility of reinforced thermoset resins (FRP), in which the longitudinal edges of the panel are molded straight and finished to allow the panels to be installed side by side with level and uniform joints, resistant to impacts that could chip or delaminate them, high abrasion resistance and avoiding the need to use plastic or metal profiles to hide or cover panel joints forming virtually continuous surfaces.
