Abstract

MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO E CAIXA DESTINADA A SER MONTADA EM UM MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um mancal de rolamento que compreende corpos rolantes cónicos (4) situados entre pistas de rolamento oblíquas (3) realizadas sobre anéis interno (1) e externo (2), e uma caixa que compreende um corpo (5) anular troncónico e um defletor anular (10) do corpo (5) em cada uma das bordas transversais, cada defletor anular (10) compreende saliências interna (11) e saliência externa (12) radiais, sendo que a extremidade livre de cada saliência (11, 12) está situada diante e à uma distância do anel (1, 2) correspondente para que o mancal apresente folgas funcionais (13) axiais e radiais entre as saliências (11, 12) e os anéis (1, 2), folgas essas que estão dimensionadas para permitir a passagem de um fluido de lubrificação do mancal e formar um obstáculo contra a passagem de partículas sólidas. A presente invenção trata de uma caixa destinada a ser montada neste mancal de rolamento.
