Abstract
MéTODO PARA CORTAR AçO INOXIDáVEL COM UMA FIBRA A LASER A invenção se refere a um método de corte a laser para cortar uma peça de trabalho de aço inoxidável usando meios geradores de feixe a laser, compreendendo uma fibra de sílica com um núcleo dopado com itérbio para gerar o feixe a laser. De preferência, o feixe a laser gerado pelo núcleo dopado com itérbio possui um comprimento de onda entre 1,07 e 1,09 um, um fator de qualidade do feixe a laser se situa entre 0,33 e 8 mm.mrad, e o feixe a laser possui uma potência entre 0,1 e 25 kW. O gás de auxilio para o feixe a laser é escolhido dentre nitrogênio, hélio, argónio e suas misturas e, opcionalmente, ele ainda contém um ou mais compostos adicionais escolhidos dentre O2, CO2, H2 e CH4.
