Abstract
Sistema para o monitoramento e o diagnóstico remoto automático bem como um método de comunicação entre uma controladora lógica programável e uma unidade central. Um sistema de monitoramento e diagnóstico (110) é fornecido, o qual inclui uma unidade de monitoramento (100) e uma unidade monitorada (104), está última possuindo uma localização remota, com relação à unidade de monitoramento. O sistema também inclui um meio de comunicação (102) estabelecido entre a unidade de monitoramento e a unidade monitorada. A unidade monitorada dispõe de meios para a aquisição de dados para que possa fornecer dados referentes às falhas encontrados na unidade monitorada, e os meios de comunicação são adaptados para que possam efetuar a comunicação dos dados de falhas provenientes da unidade monitorada para a unidade de monitoramento. A unidade de monitoramento inclui um motor de lógica especialista (124), o qual possui um conjunto de regras especialistas para que possa efetuar a análise da informação que é contida nos dados referentes às falhas, e é adequada para que possa deduzir as informações de diagnóstico (126), com base nas regras e nas informações. Em adição, um método de comunicação entre a primeira controladora lógica programável e uma segunda controladora lógica programável ou então, a unidade central (118) também é fornecida, e no qual um arquivo de descrição (142) também é fornecido.
