Abstract

MéTODOS PARA FABRICAR POLPA QUìMICA E POLPA MECáNICA, E, COMPOSIçãO DE MATéRIA A polpa Mecânica ou Química é tratada com cerca de 0,01% em peso a cerca de 5% em peso de uma Mistura. A Mistura é água; ácido dietilenotriaminopentacis(metil)fosfónico ou seus sais conhecidos; ácido poliacrilico ou seus sais conhecidos; e opcionalmente um ou mais compostos inertes. Esta Mistura atua mantendo o nível de brilho da polpa ao nível do alvo ou para aumentar o nível de brilho da polpa. Além disso, a Mistura possibilita manter a polpa ao nível do alvo de brilho mesmo quando as quantidades de outros ingredientes, tais como peróxido de hidrogênio, hidrossulfito, silicato de sódio e magnésio, que são tipicamente adicionados á polpa, são reduzidos.
